I just wanted to say that we had the best prom ever!!!!!

Liam was just so awesome, friendly, approachable and professional. The kids were amazed with the vast selection of music and he literally had every single student and staff member on their feet, even the emo’s and stubborn ones. We will definitely be booking you again, and I just wanted to apologise for the payment confusion, finance thought they had paid it!

Thank you Lynn, for putting up with my constant demands and always being on hand.

DJ Akin Oyefeso – Clubs, Corporate Events, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries. (Based in London).

Akin’s passion for music saw him progress from compiling mix tapes for himself and friends to his first professional gig at the legendary Turnmills Nightclub in 1997 where he warmed up for Trevor Nelson.

His ability to smoothly blend party classics and new tracks from different genres into a dance floor pleasing mix has led to many private and corporate bookings, residencies and guest spots (alongside the likes of So Solid, Oxide and Neutrino, DJ Woody (Choice FM)and Ollie Twist (BBC Radio 1Xtra)

Akin is accomplished on the microphone and has counted in the New Year for several corporate clients. His willingness to put the client first enables him to work with them to create a bespoke package that will suit their specific musical preferences.

Akin’s mixed heritage (Nigeria, Jamaica, and UK) informs his eclectic playing style. This means he is able to bridge the gap between various crowd pleasing musical genres including; R&B, Hip Hop, Afro-beat, Dance Hall, House (Various Styles), Old School UK Garage, Drum and Bass, Dub-step, Pop and classic party tracks from the 70s to the ‘naughties’.

Akin is currently the Friday night resident DJ at Kona Kai on Fulham Broadway (directly opposite Chelsea Football Club’s playing ground, Stamford Bridge).

DJ Micky C is a entertaining, lively and passionate DJ. He started at the age of 12 playing at school Discos. Making music with his family on Sunday afternoons has started his love for music. Paul Trouble Anderson and Norman Jay are a few of the musical influences for him.

Experience

Micky has over 30 years of experience in the music industry. He played all over the Uk and overseas at places like the Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Kingly Club, Treadmill & more. Over the pas few years DJ Micky C has played at Brighton’s Kanuki, Funky Budda, Sky Bar, Heist Bar, Honey Club, H-Bar and the One 2 One Bar.

International gigs include Athens Bar 54, Estonia, Club Stereo, Barcelona, CDLC, Mambo Ibiza and Savannah. He also performed over in Oman’s “Al Bustan” Palace Hotel (Private Members Club).

Micky C has also worked on the remix for Chocolate in 1999. During his career he has also performed on the airwaves starting off on local hospital community radio station and then on to underground stations such as London Underground, Freak FM, & Unknown FM. Mickey’s style of music varies from Soul to Disco to Soulful Deep House.

Since moving from London to Brighton in 2005, Micky C has been running his own nights at various Clubs & Bars around the South Coast, he is currently to be heard on Sundays with his London Move Radio Show.
