Our Corporate Event services tend to be slightly more formal (to start with anyway). These events include Christmas Parties, Staff Summer Parties, Product Promotions / Launches as well as Networking Events.
Dress Code is at the client’s discretion. Black Tie / Formal / Smart / Smart Casual. Generally we are left to our own devices in regards to music but take requests from the guests on the night. Playlist – Bespoke to YOUR Event …
All of our clients are encouraged to send in a list of their favourite music requests that they would like to dance to. Our DJs then prepare in advance and arrive with all the requested tunes on each client’s individual playlist to incorporate into the set. The DJ will use their experience to gauge the best time to play each song in order to maximise the crowd reaction. They will then build on this foundation, playing other tunes from the same genre, that they know will build the energy and atmosphere on the dancefloor. If your event is a wedding – we definitely need to know your First Dance. This is the most important track of the night.
Why do we do this? Simple – to fully personalise each event for every single client and therefore, play to their music tastes, bring good memories flooding back and make sure everyone has as much fun as possible. A few hours preparation beforehand on our part, goes a long way in laying the foundations for a cracking night. Well worth the effort!
Alternatively you can also leave the music choice totally up to the experience and discretion of the DJ. They will read the room to fill the dancefloor – but start with a blank canvas. 2. In the event of illness, we arrange an alternative DJ for you, as closely matched to you original choice and then inform you so you know what has been arranged. 3. If the unforeseen happens on the day, we have a back-up DJ on call, ready to respond immediately. Your playlist will be sent to them, so the music is still spot on with your personal preferences. 4. In the event of vehicle or equipment breakdown, we have a back-up van with a technician and DJ ready to transport equipment, replace broken item and cover for your DJ until they can get to your venue.These are just some of the procedures we have in place to guarantee 100% reliability and punctual service.
